Nutrition & Aid Stations

Aid stations will be available every few miles along all courses. Stay tuned for further updates on locations and what will be offered at each stop.

Early Start Times

For those runners pushing a 14 min pace or higher, we strongly recommend taking advantage of the early start time. Please be advised the roads are not officially closed during early start. Runners must pay attention to traffic signals and use the sidewalk when possible.
